- Acquire an understanding of
our clients’ corporate culture to ensure any candidate we refer is a
proper "fit"
- When possible, interview the
"hiring manager" in order to obtain a full understanding of
the job requirements and duties
- Ensure that all applicants
have a full understanding of the position for which they are applying
- Guarantee, in writing, all
candidate placements
- If needed, act as mediator for
the client and new employee
